1. Services

Spoken Masters provides spoken-English coaching through live classes, recorded material, and one-to-one sessions as described on our website. Course content, timings, and coaches may change to improve the learning experience.

2. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is confirmed once your fee is received. Fees are per course as listed on our Pricing page and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Student conduct

We ask learners to attend on time, treat coaches and fellow students with respect, and not record or redistribute class content without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, worksheets, and recordings remain the property of Spoken Masters and are for your personal learning use only.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

We work hard to help you improve, but learning outcomes depend on your participation. We do not guarantee specific results such as a particular job or exam score.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
