Refund Policy

1. Free demo first

Every learner can attend a free demo class before paying. We strongly encourage this so you know exactly what you are signing up for.

2. Seven-day refund window

If you enrol and change your mind, you may request a full refund within seven days of your payment, provided you have attended no more than the first two classes.

3. After seven days

After the seven-day window, or once you have attended more than two classes, fees are non-refundable, as your seat in a small batch has been reserved and your coach’s time committed.

4. One-to-one and Master Program

For one-to-one and Master Program plans, the seven-day window applies before your first scheduled session. Unused, unscheduled sessions may be discussed with our team case by case.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name and enrolment details. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

6. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
